Town Hall Meeting Overview

Continental FC Town Hall Meeting
Points of Interest

It was exciting to see so many families share in the March 13th discussion on Continental FC’s vision for next season and beyond!

Primary discussion points are summarized below.

Continental FC’s Core Principle: It’s All About The Kids™

Our core principle is guided by our three strategic pillars:

  • Player Centric:  Making each individual player the best they want and can be by encouraging creativity, awareness, responsibility, and excellence in training.   It is all about the player.
  • Nationally Recognized:It’s about turning our players into well-rounded young adults who can parlay their experience at CFC to help them succeed at whatever it is they decide to do along their journey.   We will be known for everything we do on and off the pitch: our professionalism, morals, ethics, competitiveness, and style of play.
  • Community Based: We will streamline our operations and continue to build upon our strong ties in the community to create the best experience for the kids.

 2018-2019 Tryouts

U9 to U11 tryouts will begin April 9th.

U12 to U19 tryouts will begin in late April.

All tryout related information including schedules, registration links and coaching assignments will be posted on the Continental FC website as soon as available.

Finances are closely monitored and tracked at the team level by CFC’s Finance Department throughout the season.

Team financials will be reviewed at the end of the season and any team surplus will be returned to those families on the team who are in good standing with the Club and meet all eligible criteria.

Additional Information

Continental FC is fully committed to our core principle and delivering on our three strategic pillars.  In order to do that, our business and operations will need to evolve.  As that happens we will continue to keep you informed via all channels: Town Hall meetings, emails, social media, etc.

In the meantime, to kick off next season the plan is to have all U13-U19 Development Academy, Boys ECNL, and Girls ECNL and NPL teams train in Conshohocken.  U12 Pre-ECNL teams (boys and girls) will split time between Conshohocken and Downingtown.
